Due to the nature of our live events and the commitment we make we cannot issue refunds on tickets sold, however you may transfer your ticket to another person no less than 30 days prior to the event. If you are on a payment plan, the financial obligation for the tuition is incurred at the time of registration. All fees for the program are non-refundable. If you withdraw from the program, all monies outstanding shall be due and remitted to the company upon notice. Failure to attend a registered event will result in the forfeiture of payments collected toward the event registration.
