Younger generations entering the workforce today are seeking greater work-life balance than previous generations did. More freedom in terms of family, time schedule, and earning potential are becoming increasingly important. 1. Family.

Family is the biggest motivating factor that so many people cite as the reason they want to be an entrepreneur. This seems to be true no matter the situation.
