Best-selling author, time management expert, work life balance specialist and professional speaker Susan Sly reveals how to organize your health when you have hardly any free time.

Scottsdale, AZ — November 18, 2016 — Best-selling author, work life balance speaker and expert, and entrepreneur Susan Sly recently published a new article on how to better organize your health. The title of the article is, “Get Organized – With Your Health! 5 Ways to Fit in Fitness When Your Life Is Crazy…”

Susan starts off the article explaining how getting organized in your home and office can help you be more productive and get more done. Additionally, she adds, it has positive mental health benefits as well.

On the other hand, it can be more challenging to organize your health. Sure, we know it’s important. Yet, she says, “Sometimes, it feels like you just don’t have time to eat right or fit in the workout you know you need. You work late and get up early, just barely fitting in all your responsibilities to your work or business and family. There just doesn’t seem to be one extra moment to squeeze in preparing or eating healthy meals—or especially, even a tiny fitness routine. “

However, Susan offers, “You may just be overlooking the right opportunities.”

She then explains why we must find the time to organize our health – no matter how disorganized, or chaotic, our life may seem at times.

Susan goes on to outline 5 specific ways to get better organized in your health, nutrition, and fitness. These include tips such as walking more, stretching more, snacking health, pre-planning and pre-preparing meals, and looking to incorporate more activity into life.
