Do You Need An Emotional Detox?

This is the best emotional detox tip I have ever heard…

Do you ever feel overwhelmed, exhausted, frustrated, and just not yourself?  Does this ALWAYS happen when you have a million things to do?  In life, and business, we tend to push through and suppress what we are actually feeling only to end up sick, depressed, and angry.

I have been reading The Clarity Cleanse, and doing the exercises in the book – yes, speakers and trainers, must always be working on themselves or how will they ever truly be able to come from a place of integrity?

I detail the 12-minute emotional detox in this video and wanted to share this easy, powerful, process that you can do to purge yourself of the emotional waste dump that you are likely carrying in your body.
