Ever wonder how to organize your life? Consider Feng Shui…

Do you ever feel stuck? Ever feel like you are working hard, but just not getting the desired results? Of course, we all do.

Perhaps it’s time to change the environment around you. Sometimes feeling stuck can be the result of being overwhelmed with all that is going on in your life and in your home.

Just as we feel overwhelmed when we have a million things to get done in a day, we can also feel overwhelmed when we have too many things cluttering up our office, our kitchen, or even the entire home.

As Feng Shui helps us to add order, it may also help you discover how to organize your life.

Issues that we have in our living environment (our home, our office, etc.) that bother us can end up blocking us from accomplishing what we want to accomplish. Psychologically, when we see clutter, when we see chaos, our minds subconsciously become scattered, and focus becomes much more difficult to attain; inevitably, we are then will not able to be as productive with our time.

In cluttered spaces, the items will hold the energy causing it to pile up, become stuck, and reducing the ability of the energy to flow throughout the space. Maybe it is time to bring some balance and some flow to your environment.

Want to know exactly how to use this key to organize your life?

Feng shui has been around for a long time. The principle goal of feng shui is to energize your space, making sure that the energy flow throughout the area is positive and free. By manipulating the energy flow, the energy is less likely to get stuck – you are less likely to get stuck.

Many times people don’t know where to start. Begin with the area that causes the most stress when you look at it. It might be the kitchen, a bedroom, an office – whatever it is, take on the biggest challenge first. Keep in mind that it doesn’t have to get done all at once, right now.

For very cluttered areas, it is recommended to work in sections, or five minutes at a time. Keeping yourself from getting too overwhelmed is important so that you will continue to progress. And begin with the easy things – old, broken items or anything that send mixed messages or has a negative emotion attached to it are the first to go.

You will begin to feel much lighter and more energized once you have created a clearing in your environment.
