Chris Decker is a bonafide genius. In college, he entered ‘hack-a-thons’ where his coding skills often led him to victory. Attracting the attention of a new startup, he was offered to come help with the only compensation being pizza and Redbull. He jumped at the opportunity.
That startup became wildly successful and Chris found himself consumed with the wrong things. After a series of events led him literally getting saved, he went on to found two other successful tech startups, compete a 1/2 Ironman, and start his own podcast where is mission is to help liberate others from their addictions.
This show will inspire you to take a good, hard look in the mirror and ask yourself if you are working hard for the right reasons.
On a mission to connect 100 million people to their story, Christopher Decker, a faith-driven entrepreneur, uses his gifts everyday to share messages of hope, unity, and ethical sales to his family of clients at Salescast – a place where visionary entrepreneurs and b2b sales leaders produce podcasts.
As an artist, Chris sees the beauty in digital experiences that connect people to their purpose and serve communities through impactful content.
As an author, Chris recently published his first book, PROF!T earlier this year, a spiritual calling to share his recovery journey from addiction, and way to redefine profit to the business world – he calls it his first “bad book” so he could clear the way for actually writing something good.
As a spiritual leader, Chris is a group leader for Celebrate Recovery, a Christ-centered 12 step recovery program which welcomes people from all walks of life and addictions to seek a new life free from the shackles of the world.
On the volunteer side, Chris is the past president and founder of Orange County Tech, a founding ministry member of 119:9 an anti-pornography and sex-trafficking ministry and serves as a crew member for Tony Robbins Unleash the Power Within Events.
He lives in Southern California with his wife, Taylor and son, Luke, loves going to the farmer’s market on Saturdays and church on Sundays.
Be a miracle to someone else first.
Be a tree. Be firmly rooted.
When you find the authentic self, everything else changes.
